Day 01
Arrival & welcome table
Arrive in Puglia, settle into the masseria, welcome dinner under the trees.
Day 02
Market morning
Early trip to a local market. Buy the ingredients, cook lunch together. Afternoon swim.
Day 03
Coastal walk & swim
Morning hike along the coast to a hidden cove. Pack lunch. Evening aperitivo.
Day 04
Olive groves
Visit a working olive grove, taste the oil, learn the process. Long lunch on site.
Day 05
Free day in town
Explore Ostuni or Lecce on your own. Group reconvenes for dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 06
Chef’s table
Final cooking session with the chef. A dinner that goes as late as you want it to.
Day 07
Departure
Leisurely breakfast, goodbyes, transfer to the airport.
